Right in Time for Halloween

One of the things I miss about New York is being able to catch exhibitions like this: The Perfect Medium: Photography and the Occult over at the Metropolitan Museum of Art that is presently running till December 31st. It contains about 120 photos, mainly from between the 1860's to about World War II, showing "when occult and paranormal phenomena were most actively debated and both supporters and skeptics summoned photographs as evidence." With an interest in both over the years, it would've been nifty to see those photos up close and personal. I may just have to settle for the book.
